AO «Fincraft Resources» no longer holds a 100% stake in LLP «InderGips.» The company notified the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about this, as reported by the correspondent of the business information center Kapital.kz.
According to information posted on the exchange, considering the changes made, Fincraft Resources now owns companies such as BMT Holding Limited (with a 100% stake), LLP «SAT Nickel» (with a 100% stake), LLP «Ferronickel Plant Yertis» (with a 93.43% stake), LLP «SAT Petrochemicals» (with a 100% stake), LLP «Central Asian Investment Consulting Company» (with a 99.91% stake).
The «InderGips» website indicates that the company owns a gypsum deposit located 30 km from the processing plant. The plant is engaged in the production of construction gypsum and dry building mixes, with a processing capacity of up to 120,000 tons of finished products per year.
According to KASE data, as of July 1, 2023, 76.45% of Fincraft Resources’ shares belonged to LLP «Fincraft Group,» 9.46% to HEATHPOINT HOLDINGS LIMITED, and 5.59% to LLP VOLVER COMPANY.
According to information posted on the website of LLP Fincraft Group, its sole owner is Kenes Rakishev.
It is worth noting that in April 2023, it became known that entrepreneur Kenes Rakishev exited the capital of one of his assets — the investment firm Fincraft. The company confirmed this information. In July 2023, the investment firm Fincraft notified KASE of the termination of its brokerage and dealer activities and investment portfolio management.
The document stated that the National Bank and the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market decided on July 1, 2023, to terminate the license issued on August 21 under No. 3.2.232/11, «in connection with the company’s voluntary request to terminate the license.» It is worth noting that, according to information on the company’s website, it currently does not hold any other licenses.
